An accounting office that publishes its own content, without paying an agency per paragraph.
Context
K&W Biuro Prawno-Rachunkowe serves companies in Plewiska and the Poznań area, from sole traders to limited companies.
The problem
Prospective clients search for accounting services on a phone and compare a handful of offices. The office needed a site that answers concretely what it does and how much it costs, and that it could keep current on its own.
What we built
Mobile-first build on Next.js 16 with a Payload CMS panel in Polish. Every service (flat-rate tax, KPiR, full accounting, payroll, company registration) has its own page and address so it can be found in search. All copy lives in a single source-of-truth file, so text changes never require touching components. The office publishes knowledge-base articles, media and partner entries from the panel.
