We build MVPs, operational apps and e-commerce automation systems, shipped in weeks.
We help founders and B2B teams turn product ideas, messy operations and marketplace workflows into production software. Clear scope, fixed price, weekly demos and full source ownership.
Industries we serve
When off-the-shelf tools stop fitting
Most clients come to us when an MVP needs a real first version, an operations workflow has outgrown spreadsheets, or e-commerce operations no longer fit off-the-shelf tools.
Your MVP or prototype needs a real build
The idea is clear, but the no-code build, AI-generated prototype or first freelancer attempt is not production-ready. We turn the useful part into a focused v1.
Your team runs the business through workarounds
Spreadsheets, Slack threads, dashboards, CRM, ERP and email each hold part of the truth. We build the internal tool or integration that gives the team one reliable workflow.
Your e-commerce stack almost fits
Marketplace, store, ERP, BaseLinker and reporting tools cover most of the job. The important edge cases still need custom listing, sync, pricing or operational logic.
We build on and integrate with
and many more
What we delivered
Concrete results from real builds. Some clients are under NDA, so we show the industry and the outcome, without names.
No more manual data re-entry between the old and new ERP; supplier data enriched from public registries.
Allegro and Ovoko, thousands of items a day, part numbers validated by OCR.
OCR and validation of hundreds of documents a day, routed straight into the ERP.
AI assistant on the client's knowledge base, escalating to a human with full context.
AI generates designs, mockups and copy, and the system publishes at scale.
Zesply: a full project-management system, from kickoff to a working beta.
What we build
Practical systems for companies that need a working solution, not another tool to babysit.
MVP & SaaS Development
A first version you can show to customers and start selling
Test the idea without spending six months building in the dark.
We build first versions of SaaS products that are more than a clickable mockup. Login, payments, admin panels, deployment and the foundation for future development are included when the product needs them.
Test the idea without spending six months building in the dark.
Operational Apps & Internal Tools
One panel instead of five spreadsheets and manual status checks
Give the team one reliable operational workflow without replacing every tool.
We build panels, portals and tools that organize daily work: approvals, reports, customer data, statuses, tasks and handoffs. We do not force a new process; we clean up the one that already exists.
Give the team one reliable operational workflow without replacing every tool.
E-commerce & Marketplace Systems
Sell on Allegro, eBay, Ovoko and your own store without operational chaos
Sell across channels without adding manual operations.
We build systems for product data, listings, stock, pricing, orders and marketplace edge cases. This is one of FlowBity's strongest areas, especially when off-the-shelf tools cannot handle how your process really works.

Process Automation
Repeated work moves automatically, with alerts when something needs review
Less manual work, without adding another fragile experiment to the company.
We automate concrete operational work: syncing data, enriching records, generating reports, routing exceptions, preparing listings and triggering follow-ups. Every workflow includes monitoring because silent failures are worse than no automation.
Less manual work, without adding another fragile experiment to the company.
System Integrations
Data moves between systems without manual exports and copy-paste
Less re-keying, fewer mistakes and fresher data across the company.
We connect the systems that need to work together every day: ERP, CRM, marketplace, store, accounting, payments, warehouse, reports and email. The goal is simple: data lands where it should without manual workarounds.

AI Workflow Assistants
AI triage, product-data generation or document review inside an existing workflow
Reduce repetitive work with logs, fallbacks and human review.
We add AI to support, product-data, document-review and operations workflows when it reduces time or errors. This is not a standalone chatbot offer: the system reads your source data, follows rules, logs decisions and hands off uncertainty to a person.
Reduce repetitive work with logs, fallbacks and human review.
Document Workflow Automation
Non-standard documents routed into your systems with validation and exception handling
Useful when accounting SaaS is not enough for the process around the document.
We do not lead with generic document processing. We help when documents are part of a wider workflow: supplier PDFs, WZ/PZ, orders, email attachments, validation, approvals and ERP routing that standard tools do not cover.

Scope Review
A written plan for what to build, connect or automate first
A clear first version, risk list and fixed-scope build estimate.
Not sure whether you need an MVP, operational app, integration, automation or a better existing SaaS? We review the idea, current process, prototype or repo and give you a written plan with priorities, scope and a cost estimate.

How we work
Four steps. First one is free. After that everything is written down in advance: fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
Discovery call (15 or 30 min)
Your pick on Cal.com. You describe the problem, we say if we can help and roughly what it would cost. No pitch deck, no commitment. If we cannot help, we usually know who can.
Written scope in 48 hours
Fixed price, fixed timeline, scope written out so there is no ambiguity later. You read it, push back, we revise once. Then you decide.
Weekly demos
Repo and access on day one. Every week you see what shipped. You can change scope (with price impact) or stop at the next milestone. No surprises at the end.
Launch plus 30 days support
Code goes live, documentation handed over. 30 days of post-launch support included. Extended support plans available (800 to 2,400 EUR per month, depending on scope) if you want them.
Selected work
A few examples of what we build: MVPs, SaaS products, operational apps, e-commerce systems and automation.
sales channels connected in one system
Marketplace sales panel for auto parts
Problem: Used-parts sellers needed one place to manage Ovoko, Allegro and eBay instead of running separate manual workflows
Solution: We built a system for product listing, AI descriptions, photo-based part recognition, stock sync and marketplace publishing from one panel.
actions supported across the app
Project management SaaS
Problem: Small agencies needed their own system for projects, estimates, time tracking and client collaboration
Solution: Zesply brings task boards, budgets, time tracking, client portal, user roles and PL/EN support into one product.
conversion from Ceneo, plus 6% margin
Dynamic pricing for an e-commerce store
Problem: The store set prices by hand for thousands of products and lost margin and price-comparison ranking
Solution: The system recalculates product prices, monitors changes and alerts the team when business rules need review.
Start with a scope review
In one focused review we map the product, operations workflow or e-commerce process, cut the non-essential parts, and give you a written first-version plan with a fixed build estimate.
You leave with a buildable first version
If custom software is not the right answer, we say so. If it is, you get a scope, priorities, risks and a fixed-price implementation path. When we move to build, the review fee is credited toward the project.
A paid scope review prevents the usual MVP and automation failure: too much scope, unclear ownership and no written definition of done.
What it costs
Fixed price, written down after the review. No hourly billing.
Scope review
MVP, operational app or automation scope. Credited toward the build.
Automation / integration
One process or wiring systems together: ERP, CRM, shop, marketplace.
AI workflow assistant
Assistant or agent embedded in your workflow, with human escalation.
App / dashboard / system
Dashboard, portal, web or mobile app, built to fit.
Custom SaaS / complex system
Full product: auth, payments, roles, integrations.
After launch, 30 days of support included; ongoing care €800 to €2,400 per month.
We take on a limited number of implementations each quarter, so every client gets our full attention.
Book a scope reviewQuestions we get every week
Honest answers. If yours is not here, ask on the call.
Simple automation: 1 to 3 weeks. Most workflow automation or AI-assistant work: 2 to 4 weeks. A custom app or dashboard: 3 to 6 weeks. A dedicated SaaS or complex system: 4 to 8 weeks. We give you a specific timeline at the end of the discovery call, before any contract.
Most projects land between 4,000 and 40,000 EUR fixed price. A simple single-process automation starts around 4,000 EUR. Complex systems (multi-channel e-commerce automation, AI agents, operational apps or SaaS) usually run 10,000 to 40,000 EUR. Scope reviews are 500 to 3,000 EUR and are credited toward implementation if we proceed. We do not bill hourly because it creates the wrong incentives. Fixed price means we are paid for shipping a working result, not for hours logged.
No. Tell us what is not working: what your team does by hand, which tools do not connect, what product you want to launch or which process keeps breaking. We turn that into a practical scope, cost and set of options.
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. Critical issues get a response within 24 hours. Extended support contracts are available, usually 800 to 2,400 EUR per month depending on scope.
You get the code, documentation and deployment access, so you are not locked into one vendor. We can also stay on support with agreed response times. For larger projects, we bring in trusted specialists for design, QA or extra development while keeping technical responsibility on our side.
Usually no. We build around your existing stack. If a paid third-party service is needed (OpenAI API, Twilio, a specific email provider), we tell you the expected monthly cost before kickoff, so there are no surprises later.
Yes. We integrate with CRMs, accounting, project management, email, and almost anything with a REST API. We do not require you to switch platforms. If your current stack genuinely cannot do something we recommend a switch, we say so upfront.
We are a custom software studio for MVPs, operational apps and e-commerce automation. We use automation and AI when they make the product or workflow more useful, not as a standalone gimmick.
Yes. A useful app is rarely just screens. It often needs payments, CRM, ERP, marketplace, accounting, reporting or warehouse integrations. We design the app and the data flow together.
15 or 30 minutes, your pick on Cal.com, video. We ask about your business and the problem you are trying to solve. By the end you have a clearer picture of what would work, what would not, and a rough price range. No pitch deck, no commitment.
We guarantee everything we build matches the written scope document. If it does not, we fix it at no extra cost. We do not guarantee business outcomes (we cannot promise more deals or more revenue), because those depend on factors outside our control.
Projects under 4,000 EUR (use a Make.com or Zapier template instead). White-label resale of someone else's tool. Pure design work without development. Hourly time-and-materials engagements. Crypto and Web3.

Who owns the work
You work directly with the person responsible for delivery
You do not go through a sales layer that vanishes once the contract is signed. A senior scopes and owns the work, including the technical delivery, and we do not hand it down to juniors. Every project starts with a written scope and ends with documentation, source code and deployment access handed over.
