Context

An e-commerce retailer with several thousand SKUs (shown anonymized under NDA).

The problem

Prices were set by hand for thousands of products, losing margin and price-comparison ranking.

What we built

A LightGBM model with FastAPI and Redis recalculates prices in real time across several thousand products, with monitoring and alerts. We are happy to walk through the architecture and our role on a call.
